Apartamento Loft Valencia zona Ayora PP22B

very good and cozy Positive: Cleanness , location , accessibility Negative: The only thing to improve is to install more hooks designed for hanging clothes or towels in the bathroom

It was ok, but overpriced Positive: Clean apartment, location is fair - near the metro and beach, shops around Negative: Smell from the shower, useless tv, minimal set of plates and glasses, no kettle, no dishwasher, no soap

Eccezionale Positive: Mi è piaciuto praticamente tutto.

Positive: It was a good connection to the city and the beach, lot of options of buses, markets.. Negative: The apartment at first looked clean, BUT I kept finding black hair on the floor, we started to think someone was walking around the apartment when we weren't there, but the actual case was - it wasn't vacuumed. As we found out on our last day - the vacuum wasn't working. So the floors weren't clean, the sheet on the bed that was under the main sheet had some weird stains, don't know if they were fresh or not, looked unclean as well, the aircondition was dripping water non stop, so we had to keep it at 22 degrees, which is a lot colder then the outside (as the temperatures were 36-38 degrees) so we were constantly freezing just to stop the airconditioner from dripping water. And for the 10 days we stayed we got 1 big and 1 small towel each, which is not enough as we take 2-3 showers a day. When asked to get more - the host asked for 18€ (new towels + delivery + taxes), which is not fair I personally think, and towels are a necessity in every apartment. All in all, Valencia is beautiful, we will come again, but not stay here.
