empfehlenswert, würde jederzeit wieder die Wohnung buchen:) Positive: Sehr schlicht und modern eingerichtet, Aufteilung von Räumen ist super. Außerdem ist die Wohnung groß:) Negative: Als Verbesserungsvorschlag wären mehrere Ablagen bzw. Stauraum (zb im Bad) nützlich. Ein Ganzkörperspiegel würde die Wohnung auch optimieren:)

Nice overall Positive: Nice and comfortable. Really nice bed. Negative: The hot water stopped in the middle of the shower. I think it is limited quantity. They should announce that.

It was fine, mainly for the location and for the cleanliness and that's it. Positive: Fast response and very clean. Good position. Negative: The apartment lacks natural light, as the windows are only at the entrance and have a matte finish that doesn’t let light in well, but that’s simply how the apartment is built and just a personal observation, nothing negative. However, a few practical things are disappointing and very easy to fix: a full-length mirror is missing, so you can’t properly check yourself besides using the bathroom mirror, and on one side of the bed there is no socket or small table, which would make it much more practical to keep your phone nearby while charging. These last two points are very basic and, for the price, quite disappointing, but perhaps no one has brought them to their attention before, and I hope they can improve them for future stays. This is probably something that will never change, but we struggled quite a bit with the very poor sound insulation. At times during the night, especially when something happens on the upper floor, you can hear everything. The worst part is that it sometimes sounds like someone is trying to open the door of the apartment, which even triggered a bit of alarm from us the first couple of times. Once you know what it is, you get used to it, but I have to say it is unfortunately quite loud. Last but not least, I know this has nothing to do with them, as it’s just how they manage things (and most of the bookings nowadays), but I still find it very nice when possible to see the host in person instead of just communicating via chat. It gives a different vibe when needed and makes the experience more enjoyable, for example by giving a quick explanation of the apartment or sharing useful tips and important things to know beyond what’s written down.

Hübsches Apartment mit guter Lage Positive: Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, ist es modern und hübsch eingerichtet. Im Prinzip hat man alles, was man benötigt. Ich selbst war für 4 Nächte mit meinem Hund dort. Ja, es war etwas klamm, aber nichts, was man durch ordentliches Lüften nicht lösen könnte. Die Vermieter haben immer schnell via booking.com geantwortet, das war vor allem wichtig, da ich kurzfristig ein Elektronik-Problem hatte, wo sie umgehend Hilfe geschickt haben und das Problem langfristig gelöst haben. Die Metros sind etwa 7 min zu Fuß entfernt. Negative: Ein kleines bisschen zu hellhörig für meinen Geschmack, aber das sind tatsächlich die meisten Unterkünfte in Valencia. Ein bisschen Persönlichkeit würde Apartments wie diesem noch gut tun; ich finde Unterkünfte toll, die etwas von sich „erzählen“ (war das mal ein Geschäft früher), etwas von der Gegend (was kann man im nahen Umkreis tun?), wer sind die Vermieter (man hat keinen „menschlichen“ Kontakt, nur anonyme Nachrichten via booking).

Speravo on meglio Positive: Posizione discreta, vicino alla fermata del metro Negative: Loft ricavato in un ex negozio su strada. Terribili i primi due giorni gli effluvi dallo scarico, poi è andata meglio. Tutte le pareti sono in cartongesso, si sentiva tutto. Il letto è dotato di un singolo punto luce e un solo comodino. Non abbiamo visto ne sentito nessuno dei "proprietari" e questo dispiace.
