Positive: Estaba limpio Negative: El wifi no iba muy bien y no pudimos retrasar la salida una hora

Positive: Удобно, комфортно, ново и чисто местенце на прекрасна локация. Negative: Нямаше тераса(веранда)показана на снимките. Подвеждаща информация, която се оказа неприятна изненада за мен.

Positive: Newly renovated so consequently very clean.Had all I needed in the kitchen area.Nice uncomplicated shower / didn't need to use the heating and only needed the air con once or twice.Both air con and heating controls easy to operate. Very little street noise at night. Approx 10 mins walk from Ayora metro. Negative: The instructions to find and access the accomodation were contradictory On the emails I received I was given 3 different addresses_ Carrer Pintor Nicolau,Carrer de la Floresta 18 and Carrer de la Floresta 19. I was told I was allocated Loft B but the access code I was given was actually for Loft A. The instructions also said the door was blue with black bars_ its actually more grey than blue and several doors in the area are this colour and several have these same black vertical bars. Once inside the accomodation, to lock or open the door from the inside, the instruction was to press the centre of door knob for one second_ I would say press for less than a second as the setting is extremely time sensitive and if you press for even slightly too long it doesn't work. Also I took the google maps link directly from the email I received but it brought me to a set of apartments approx 10 mins walk away from where I should have been. All this confusion wasted a lot of time on my first day but I must complement the staff who responded to my phone calls and whatsapp messages and helped resolve the issues.
