Cute & small place close to everything. Positive: The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you might need, including hand soap, lurched detergent, a new sponge, and kitchen paper. It is very cute and compact, and the bed was really comfortable. The location is great, close to everything and situated in a very residential area. You can eat better for a fraction of the price compared to the old town. Negative: It is located on the ground floor, with a glass front directly facing the street. If you’re not comfortable with that, don’t book this place. There is no heating, and it was noticeably cooler inside the apartment than outside. The air conditioning can also heat, but we didn’t really feel the impact.

Perfect stay! Location perfect to enjoy city. Positive: Location, confort and cleaness. Negative: Difficulties to find a parking slot.

Ground floor apartment Positive: Clean room, fridge and kitchen amenities, nespresso coffee machine Great location near City of Arts and Sciences, good supermarket nearby, plenty cafes around and quiet neighbourhood Negative: Apartment are on the ground floor and trash bin just after your door. It means the noise from the street, machines, and people who drop their trash. If you have a chance to get apartment with balcony — take this, it's 10/10 i suppose. If not — just think about all that stuff above, some people dosent pay attention to this (not me)
